Life can be busy and full of the unexpected, so if you must cancel your appointment,be sure to give a 24 hour notice. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before appointment will be charged a 50% service fee. No call, no shows for your scheduled appointment will be charged a 50% service fee and will require a deposit for future bookings. Same day downgrades/removed services will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment price as it is the same as a last minute cancellation. Due to specific appt times, if you are more than 10 minutes late your apt will be considered a cancelation, and charged in a fee. Any booking totaling $100 or more will be asked for a NON refundable deposit of 50%. After two cancellations you will be required to pay a 50% deposit before booking again. Waxing on your menstrual cycle is absolutely fine, as long as you have a clean tampon in- therefore is not a reason to cancel an appointment. We can reschedule if needed. For the safety reasons DBE does not allow extra guest or children at the time of your appointment unless otherwise discussed ahead of time. If you are running late, or need to cancel an appointment - please communicate ASAP. No communication will result in a ban from future bookings.
